PROTOTYPE ROOM.
Our Prototype Room is the heart of innovation. Here, our designers and technicians collaborate to create unique patterns and test new ideas. WOOD DEPARTMENT
The Carpentry Department is where the supporting structure of our sofas comes to life. We use selected woods and precise processing techniques to build strong and durable frames. Each piece is carefully cut, shaped and assembled, ensuring a solid and reliable base for our products.
UPHOLSTERY ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT
In the Upholstery Assembly Department, each sofa is equipped with ergonomic upholstery that provides optimal comfort and support. We use high-quality materials, such as polyurethane foams and hypoallergenic fibers, to create seats and backs that maintain their shape over time.
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT
The Mechanical Assembly Department deals with the integration of mechanical components, such as reclining mechanisms and adjustment systems. Precision is essential, and each element is assembled and tested to ensure flawless functionality and durability, providing maximum comfort and convenience.
AUTOMATIC LEATHER AND FABRIC CUTTING
Our Automatic Leather and Fabric Cutting Department uses numerically controlled machines to cut with millimeter precision. This ensures efficient use of materials, reducing waste and ensuring that each part is perfect for assembly while maintaining high standards of quality and uniformity.
SEWING DEPARTMENT
In the Sewing Department, skilled artisans make sofa covers. We use industrial sewing machines and advanced techniques to create durable and flawless seams. Every detail is carefully attended to, ensuring aesthetics and durability, with an end result that combines style and functionality.
UPHOLSTERY DEPARTMENT
The Upholstery Department is where sofas take their final shape. Artisans apply and fasten the covers, finishing each piece with skill. We use high-quality materials and traditional techniques to ensure a finished product that is not only comfortable, but also aesthetically perfect and long-lasting.
